“The Good News Group replaced hallway floors in the main building at Tumwater High School. After many years of use the old floor tiles were worn out and coming apart. There was also a layer of asbestos tiles that needed to be abated under the top layer. The team from GNG did this capably and in a timely manner. Even though it was a summer project, parts of the school, including the office, classrooms for summer and restrooms, had to remain open and accessible for students, staff and public to use. GNG handled the required phasing and control of their work area admirably. Their paperwork and records-keeping were very well done and pricing of change orders was fair. At the end of the project, the school is brighter, and the graphics incorporated into the floor are a nice touch adding school spirit. We would welcome Good News Group on a future project and recommend them without any reservations.”
